This morning we had our 3rd fitness challenge, one step closer to the Yellow Brick Road.....
The Cyclone consists of three five-minute rounds, with each minute of the round focusing on a different movement series:

1 minute of each:
Standing: Squats, Lunges, Squat Jumps and/or Lunge Jumps
Prone: Pushups + Mountain Climbers
Supine: Bridging/Victory Raises and/or Crab Crawls
Rotary: Hip Unders or Sit Throughs
Up & Down: Burpees v2.0
Supine: Bridging/Victory Raises and/or Crab Crawls
Rotary: Hip Unders or Sit Throughs
Up & Down: Burpees v2.0
** 1 minute recovery between rounds**
Three total rounds.
OK, I know what you're thinking, 17 minutes total, only 15 min of movement, how hard can that be? Well, we all now that you get out of it what you put into it...that being said it was exhausting, but awesome!
