Fitness Challenge #6 Winged Monkey Assault

Fitness Challenge # 6 Winged Monkey Assault!

Not big deal, just keep yourself busy for 30 minutes doing several things we have been doing over the last 6 weeks. Basically it was a circuit and you had to keep busy, if you didn't and put both hands on your hips the winged monkeys would carry your away.......we all worked hard and made it a great workout!!
