This one was awesome, probably the best yet. Started off in the gym with a 5:00 sandbag push, which is comprised of a 3 man team shuttling it back and forth, (I chose the heaviest bag and our HFI VanHalen and Robert, which made for very little rest), then a timed mile run to the top of the parking garage followed by 100 yards of lunges. We then made out way down the 3 story garage and ran back to the track stopping every 1/4 mile for push-ups, mountain climbers. Upon arrival just short of the track we ran up a steep hill 3 times then around the hill to the track where we did 20 pull-ups. The last 200 meters we stopped every 10 meters to do push-ups (I chose burpees), then sprinted the last 100 meters. It was a great work out and every one finished strong! Side note: we call him Van Halen because his name is Van Vorst and he plays 80's rock during our work outs, he is a beast!
